Apparently Sprint and Walmart have bonded to start Common Cents Mobile, a low-cost carrier which rounds minutes down, not up. This means that instead of being charged for two minutes when you talk for 61 seconds, you’ll only be charged for one.
They don’t appear to be offering any particularly amazing phones, but at least they’re cheap. [BGR]
