After delays affected the shipment of their payment-processing dongles, Square is almost ready to press “go” on mobile payments, with the WSJ reporting that it’ll be open to the elbowing-public later this summer. Apparently, their Chinese factory is able to produce 10,000 dongles each day—which is a lot of mobile payments. [WSJ]
