T-Mobile has followed in the footsteps of Verizon and asked the court if it could file an amicus curiae ("friend of the court") briefing supporting Samsung.
T-Mobile argues that an injunction against Samsung would hurt US consumers and harm T-Mobile. The wireless carrier points to the upcoming 2011 holiday shopping season, which would be ruined if Samsung products were pulled from retail shelves.
