A lot of things have seen a sudden surge of popularity due to Stranger Things taking over the end of summer: Fonts. Buzzcuts. The Department of Energy. But another one is the band Survive, which composed the soundtrack for the hit Netflix show.
The Austin-based band probably didn’t expect to get nearly this much notice for their work on the soundtrack, but they’re making good use of it. First, they’ve released a single (“Wardenclyffe”) off of RR7349, the sophomore album due out on September 30.
