Small British company Rufus Roo has created the Big Pocket Travel jacket, a lightweight parka that lets you carry up to 22 pounds of junk with you on the plane. It's like an oversized, airline-friendly version of a Scottevest.
The Travel jacket is a response to the hefty fees airlines charge for extra baggage. It bucks the system by letting you wear your travel items, not stuff them in a bag. And it's big enough to hold a laptop, shoes, pants, books and more. There's even room for a wine bottle and some cheese.
It's available in both adult and children sizes which means the entire family can look ridonkulous and be really uncomfortable on their next flight. [Rufus Roo via Oh Gizmo!]

I posted this image in another thread yesterday.
I often joke about this. "These checked bag prices get any higher, and I'm doing this!"
