The World’s Finest and the World’s… attitude-est are teaming up for a crossover previously confined to overactive imaginations and the margins of school notepads across the ‘90s.

A new collaboration between Boom! Studios and DC Comics—who previously partnered up for the Gotham Academy/Lumberjanes miniseries—Justice League/Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, written by Tom Taylor and with art by Stephen Byrne, sees the Justice League team up with the original Power Rangers for the first time in history.

The series will begin with a transporter accident in the Power Rangers’ Command Center, leaving Black Ranger Zack lost in time and space… until he finds himself in the DC Universe, surrounded by strange costumed heroes and without his fellow Rangers. Shenanigans that eventually see all of the Rangers meet up with the League presumably ensue from there.

The first issue—of six in total—of Justice League/Power Rangers hits shelves in January.
