1975’s Justice League of America 115 featured a quiz in which any non-superpowered Jack or Jane could apply for JLA membership. I imagine Batman had to take this thing at one point. Bureaucracy!
This quiz seems both strangely half-assed and unnecessarily stringent. I can picture Superman saying to a potential candidate, “Sorry, Ultra the Multi-Alien. Despite your fantastic powers, you thought that Metamorpho once took a sabbatical. For this oversight, you’re unfit to fight crime. Them’s the breaks, old bean.”
