The gang is really back together now. After last year’s big news that Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz were reuniting for a new entry in their Mummy franchise—directed by Radio Silence, aka Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett (Scream 5 and 6)—the movie has been steadily adding more cast members. That includes John Hannah (returning as the brother of Weisz’s character) and Obsession star Michael Johnston. Today, that list grows by three, including two familiar faces.

As Deadline reports, Young Sherlock and Spider-Man: Far From Home star Numan Acar has come aboard the fourth Mummy movie in a role that has yet to be revealed. Back for more sand and scarabs are Star Trek star Oded Fehr, who played the fan-favorite Ardeth Bey in The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, and Kevin J. O’Connor, whose Beni Gabor perished pretty definitively in the first Mummy movie (or so we were led to believe).

So far we don’t know anything about the plot of the new Mummy movie, or even its title, but we do know its release date: October 15, 2027. How will the movie bring back Beni? And what do you think of the fan theory that Johnston is playing Alex, the now-grown son of Fraser and Weisz’s Rick and Evelyn O’Connell?
