The Tetris Theme Played in 100 Moog Patches Will Wreck Your Brain

It took me a second to wrap my brain around what exactly is going on here, but even if I didn’t know, I could listen to these two Moog synthesizer modules play the Tetris theme over and over again forever. I think this music made my brain more smarter.

So what we’ve got here is two Moog Slim Phatty modules playing through the Tetris C theme—an arrangement of French Suite No. 3 in B minor, BWV 814: Menuet by J.S. Bach—over and over again, as the modules cycle through their 100 built in patches. It’s remarkable how much sound is inside a Moog—in place of the mammoth pipe organs Bach composed on, we get little boxes. [Twitter]
