Psystar, insane and actively prosecuted manufacturer of Mac clones and the occasional t-shirt, has filed an appeal of an injunction won by Apple exactly one month ago. This will, of course, achieve nothing, other than dragging out Psystar’s ridiculous and unsupportable case for several more months, and sustaining its reputation as the B-movie zombie of Florida-based companies that illegally install Mac OS X in generic knock-off PCs.
