Or at least, what you can read of it, because vast swathes have been redacted. Still, there are bits you can actually read, so let's take a look.

A few interesting things that we can learn from the document:

• Both Apple and HTC are getting a nonexclusive, nontransferrable and non-sublicensable license to some of each other's patents.
• Apple has agreed not to sue HTC over certain covered products (details over which are, however, redacted).
• Apple's design patents seem to have been excluded from the document.
• There's a long and messy section about what happens if Apple deems that HTC has "cloned" one of its products in the future. (In summary: bad things.)
