Apple hasn’t done a very good job of keeping iWork for iPhone a secret, and now its existence has been confirmed by a host of Pages screenshots over at 9to5Mac. It’ll sync up with Pages on your iPad wirelessly.

From the looks of things, Pages will offer some standard templates as well as chart-making functionality, and it holds onto the wood grain menu bar from the iPad app (I guess my Pages desk is in the same virtual office as my iBooks bookshelf?) From what we’ve seen before, Keynote (and likely Numbers too) will be joining Pages as part of the iPhone’s iWork suite.

One interesting bit from the above shot: “All your documents will be synced wirelessly over the air with all your iPhones, iPod Touches, and iPads.” Apple taking on the cloud, one baby step at a time. Head over to 9to5Mac for the full run down. [9to5Mac]
