I wish this was a robot in a suit with an iPad head that would listen to my problems and respond with an appropriately emotionical face and soothingly bionic voice. It is not!
What it is: The OnBeat is an iPad speaker dock (also fits iPhones and iPod whatevers) that lets you rotate the screen in either landscape or portrait mode (I would’ve had so much fun with my robot friend’s spinny head). It’s $150. [JBL via Engadget]
