The Toadies released one album, Rubberneck, in 1994. It was so good. Then they broke up. So sad.
Thankfully they’re back together touring and making music again but the new stuff pales in comparison to Rubberneck. Through and through it’s just a fantastic record—the kind of heavy guitar riffs, strong vocals, and bumping drum beats that just infect you. You want to belt out do you wanna be my angel? right along with Todd Lewis.
