Oysters are fun to eat because they’re delicious and celebratory and remind you of the ocean. Turns out that last part is especially true because those suckers are just fantastic at filtering out dirty water. The water on both sides of the tank is the same, one just has oysters in it and the other doesn’t. Over time, they look completely different because oysters can filter up to 2 gallons of water an hour. Yummy!
