It turns out that watching the first two seasons of original Star Trek all at once is kind of addictive. Really, try it. You won’t be able to look away. It’s something about the way the theme tune comes on pane by pane, in staggered increments, so that the soaring opera wail appears over and over again, and the Enterprise zooms past again and again. And then there’s the endless ripple of Shatner closeups, with the weirdly illuminated eyes. I defy you not to watch this all the way through. [Thanks to whoever sent this to us!]
