Just to get the point across about how much better it is to have a Pocket PC with a resolution of 640×480 pixels rather than the standard 320×240, PDAFrance.com has a photo up with shots of two Pocket PCs both displaying the PDAFrance home page — a standard-resolution Asus MyPal on the left, and Toshiba’s new high-resolution e800 Pocket PC on the right. And you can really see how much more of the page it can display, and how the extra resolution can minimize all the annoying side-scrolling which makes surfing the Web on a PDA such a chore. The text is also lot smaller on the Toshiba, but we’re guessing it’s probably a lot crisper as well.
