Buzzfeed got a group of people to watch the movie moments that scared them when they were little. They seem to handle these a bit better as adults, assuming no pants-wettings were edited out. But what movies traumatized you most as a kid?
I think I’m well known for hating every moment of E.T. the Extraterrestrial, because I was convinced as a child that aliens were going to abduct me and E.T. was going to take me back on the misapprehension that I was in any way his friend. Certainly Large Marge from Pee Wee’s Big Adventure freaked me out. And I don’t think I’ve ever rewatched The Secret of NIMH in my lifetime.
