It’s looking more and more likely that the Bruce Wayne will be passing the Bat-mantle along to a successor. But who? Dick Grayson is the most likely choice, but he’s too emo, and his last stint at the Bat (in “Prodigal”) degenerated into angsty ramblings. Chances are Dick would wear the cowl for a few months, then slink off to pick his 29th Nightwing costume. So who should take over as Batman after Dick Grayson totally hoses the Batsuit?
