Not content with bringing Lex Luthor into the world, John Glover will also play the father of Heroes’ villainous Sylar. This announcement makes us wonder whether someone should buy him a parenting manual.
Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello broke the news that Glover, who played Lionel Luthor in the CW’s Smallville for six years, is to join NBC’s superhero show for a run, playing Sylar’s watchmaking father, who may not be too different from his son, according to an anonymous “insider”:
When Sylar meets his father, he’s going to see a path ahead of him that he doesn’t want to take… He has a lot more in common with his father than he realized.
