The Samsung device was sent around for early reviews, which have been cautiously optimistic about Microsoft’s fresh mobile start. And the Dell Lightning had been previously rumored. But this is the first time we’ve heard the full official lineup: Samsung, Asus, Dell, HTC, and LG, all bringing Windows Phone 7 phones by the end of the year.
