    With this thing sporting displayport, this may actually be very good news for Mac users who were not so fond of Apple's solution. The more brands that carry it, the more peripherals to choose from.

    engadget's got a hands-on gallery, dell wouldn't let them boot it up or anything though. it's not that thin, and it's not really that cool looking, in my humble opinion.

    Sure looks like a nice thin-n-light machine, and I'm sure it will be hundreds less than the Air, but the two main questions for me are 1) does it have a slot DVD drive and 2) does it have a graphics card of at least 256 if not 512MB? If yes to both, I'd consider it.


    I'm not sure why Dell would want to emulate the lack of success of either the Air or the Envy. Here's hoping that they've managed to put the features in this that make it something people want to actually buy rather than just ogle.

    I must say (and this is no offence to the name Adam) that Dell sucks even worse then Motorola when naming their products. I mean, I am subjected to using a Q so my co-workers dont cry. And Q is cool, you know like Q from ST:TNG? But really now...Adamo?

    @Ken_Darrow: You know, in thinking about it, yes, Q in TNG was hot, but she was only a Q in training. As to the others, maybe if you were a fan of LA Law, Q is hotter than Q. I'm a Sports Night fan, so I chose Q over Q. So my final order in hottest to nottest is Q, Q, Q, and finally, Q.
