The world was a very different place in June 2019 when we last saw Jessica Jones on screen. We were still basking in the glow of Avengers: Endgame. A deadly disease hadn’t shut down the world. And we never in a billion years thought we’d ever see Jones back in the MCU. Well, this week, it finally happened, and Marvel was quick to bring her back in another form, too.

This week’s episode of Daredevil: Born Again, “Requiem,” saw the return of Jones (played by Krysten Ritter) for the first time in seven years. She teamed up with Daredevil (Charlie Cox) after agents attacked her and her, drum roll please, daughter. A daughter named Danielle. Which, if you know the comic book history, seems like a pretty significant tease. Anyway, things don’t go well for these agents, and Jones comes to Daredevil for help in understanding it all. Together, they destroy the warehouse filled with guns run by Mr. Charles (Matthew Lillard) and Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio).

Other things happen too, obviously, and we’ll have to see what role Jones plays in the season’s final two episodes. But, in some classic Disney synergy, the storyline lined up with the reveal of brand new Marvel Legends figures from Born Again. Check these out.

Hasbro Marvel Legends Daredevil: Born Again Daredevil and Jessica Jones Two-Pack

Both characters have been made in this line before, but these are definitely upgraded. Matt Murdock is in his more war-torn black outfit. And Jones has got the ripped jeans and wildly accurate face sculpt. That’s the good news. The bad news is, they’re only available in a two-pack. It goes up for presale at 1 p.m. ET at HasbroPulse.com and will ship in the fall.

By that time, you might not want to re-enact this week’s episode, but they’ll still look damned good on a shelf. Plus, it certainly seems like this duo will be back soon for Daredevil: Born Again season three.
