Bowling: it’s not just for fun anymore. Now you can use it for filmmaking. At least, stop-motion filmmaking. Only at Laika. And specifically on Kubo and the Two Strings.

Kubo and the Two Strings, the beautiful and exciting stop-motion animated film, will be available for digitial download November 8 and on Blu-ray November 22. On the release, there’s plenty of behind-the-scenes information, including this clip, which shows how Laika animators literally used a bowling ball to animate the Garden of Eyes scene. We’re excited to exclusively debut the clip.
