Architect Tiago Barras has seen the future of public roadways, and said future resembles a moonshine-fueled car chase. As part of his whimsical High-Speed Car Ramp design, the designer suggests adding a jump ramp to Lisbon’s Segunda Circular highway.
“A new tourist attraction takes place. The arrival of this new catalyst will foster the redevelopment of the whole region,” promises Barras.
