A New Nook from Barnes & Noble on May 24

Barnes & Noble mentioned in a federal filing yesterday that they plan on announcing a “new eReader device” on May 24. Question: Is it going to be a new E-Inkier alternative to the Nook Color? Or a more powerful full-blown Android tablet? I’m thinking the former. [Market Watch via Phandroid]
