“Centopeia” is a weird—in the best way—little short about a famous singer who accidentally ends up become the voice and face of a revolution… and then in the hands of the dictator. Whoops.
The animation style and design are what really makes “Centopeia” stand out. The beginning, with the singer in the bar, looks like it takes place in the past. But the arm ball that abducts him shatters that illusion pretty fast. So does everything with the decapitated head. Enjoy!
