Get a good luck at the gigantic creatures Will Smith’s son will have to fight in M. Night Shyamalan’s post-apocalyptic adventure After Earth. Set on Earth… after… something.
Jaden Smith and Will play distant, disapproving father and futuristic, wild child son. Together they get stranded in the most dangerous planet in the universe , i.e. (we’re assuming) future Earth. Together they’ll have to put aside their issues and kill a crap-load of CG beasts before they get killed by them.
But the real question here is, can Shyamalan come back after falling so very hard after Airbender? The world loves pulling for the underdog, so fingers crossed he gets his crap together. After Earth hits theaters on June 7th.
