Gaming isn’t as cheap as it once was. There was a golden period where we had amazing subscriptions for cheaper than was reasonable, and a wealth of truly fantastic free games out there. The consoles were good, and prices weren’t going up. Do you remember that? Well, that’s in the past now and everything is expensive and only getting more and more expensive, and it’s making us all very stressed about things. So, we’re going to go ahead and just highlight every good deal we find to help out.
Today, that means it’s time to look at a really great monitor, which is on sale with 14% off. It’s not the largest discount, but it still makes this ASUS TUF 27-Inch Gaming Monitor more affordable, and brings the price down to $179. Less money is good, at least when you’re buying something. So, if you want this, treat yourself to it soon.
It’s Very Pretty
This 27-inch monitor has a 1440p resolution that’ll ensure your games and spreadsheets look fantastic. It’s better than HD, and that’s a big deal for a lot of people. It’s also pretty quick, thanks to a 180Hz refresh rate, which’ll let you hit up to 180 frames per second when you’re really trying to push your GPU. It even has a 1ms response rate, which means that you’ll be able to keep up with other games. It’s not the fastest out there on that front, but there’s no denying it’s more than enough for most people. It has built-in speakers too, although we’re not sure anybody will ever use them.
This monitor isn’t just designed for PCs though, it’s also really good if you’re looking to get more out of your console. Xbox and PlayStation gamers will enjoy what it’s offering a lot. The low motion blur helps to keep everything looking smooth too, and it has FreeSync Premium, G-Sync, and AdaptiveSync so that you barely have to do anything to get it optimized for your specific set up. The HDR makes sure every image really pops as well.
This is an excellent monitor, and one that’s already more reasonably-priced than many to begin with. The $179 price is still one you’ll want to make the most of though, so if you do want to get your hands on it, then doing so as soon as you can is a must. Treat yourself, we think you deserve it.
