We’ve got an exclusive inside look at how Industrial Light & Magic created the big explodey world of Peter Berg’s Battleship. It’s actually a pretty detailed clip that shows the artists, concept art, the design process, and a few of their meetings with Berg (we love Berg’s laser pointer). Watch the visual effects team create over 1,200 VFX shots for their board game based picture. It’s pretty sweet.
Battleship will hit theaters on May 18th.
