But, again....Whyyyyyyy....?

Seriously. I have little use for any of the Android apps I use on my desktop. About as much as I need a full-fledged GIMP on my phone. After the recent Moblin tour, I'm really more interested in that for a netbook (which I never thought I'd say) than I am in running Android apps on Ubuntu.

Don't get me wrong. It's really cool and all. I just need to hear a good application of this concept.
