FoxHollow Technologies has designed a handy gadget to treat peripheral arterial disease. Basically this small catheter tube is inserted into an artery and when it finds a Krispy Kreme blockage a tiny blade begins rotating at 8,000 RPMs. As the blade spins the surgeon slides the catheter up and down the artery clearing out the Bavarian cream blockages. This is called the SilverHawk plaque excision system. Two dozen of your finest Kremes, please!
