Speaking of interactive tables, here is James Patten’s “AudioPad.” The AudioPad throws audio tracks, samples, and effects on a table, where the user controls all via little plastic pucks. I guess the system is pretty complicated on the technical end, but since we’re all end users here, that’s of no consequence. Yay!
