Behold the awesomeness that is animated embroidery. Throne combined some badass embroidery and a frame-by-frame shooting style to create an absolutely amazing music video for “Tharsis Sleeps.”
Thanks to Dazed, we have a behind-the scenes look at the making of this stitched video. No huge surprise here, they used a computer for the actual sewing—or else this would have taken years to complete. Really just a great idea, and executed beautifully.
