A British member of Parliament got himself kicked out of the House of Commons for playing with his cameraphone during a debate. The MP, Henry Bellingham, claims that he was just reading some text messages, and that (and this is the best part, really), "It didn't really matter as I had already asked my question and it wasn't like I was missing an important debate it's just disappointing to get into trouble in that way." Yep, this guy is going to coast to re-election. Though this probably isn't as bad as that member of the Norwegian Parliament who got caught playing a war game on his Pocket PC during a debate about Iraq last January.
