Guess you won’t be able to use that Executive Laptop Steering Wheel Mount we wrote about a few weeks ago. At least not while driving in California, that is, where a new state law that went into effect yesterday bans drivers from “operating televisions and video screens in their line of vision while the vehicle is moving.” The law does make an exception for using GPS navigation devices, but whether you could get in trouble for looking something up on your cellphone is a little less clear.
