While Photoshop has become an integral tool for photographers, there's an added level of awe when you see an amazing photo created without the use of digital manipulation. Which is the exact reaction you'll have to Nadav Bagim's WonderLand series.
On his website, Nadav, aka Aimishboy, claims that these insect photos were almost all shot in a miniature studio on his kitchen table—photographed with a Canon EOS 60D and a 100mm f/2.8 macro lens. Household objects like vegetables and plastic bags were used to create the Disney-like fantasy landscapes where the insects are staged, while his various models were recruited from the corners of his apartment and plants outside his window.
And if you were concerned, no insects were harmed in the making of these photos. [Aimishboy via Featureshoot via MyModernMet]
