Captain America’s first outing was a great summer popcorn flick, and we loved seeing the wholesome hero leading the attack in The Avengers. And now that Steve Rogers gets to team up with Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow once again, damned if we’re not incredibly excited to see at least one-third of the Avengers kicking ass in Washington DC in the Captain America sequel: The Winter Soldier when it’s released on April 4, 2014.

It looks like Samuel L. Jackson’s back as Nick Fury, and we’ve got our fingers crossed that the amazing flying Helicarrier first seen in The Avengers garners a much deserved best supporting actor Oscar nod because we can’t help but feel giddy every time we see it on screen.
But the best part of the trailer—besides the gratuitous explosions and wonderful flying machines—could be the reveal of Robert Redford as S.H.I.E.L.D’s Alexander Pierce. If you asked us what two movies we’d love to see mashed up together, The Avengers and The Sting would definitely be near the top of our list. [Apple]
