Oh man, we really don’t want people to think we’re fixated on the whole cellphone number portability thing (though it is nice to be pre-occupied with something besides the dismal failure of the N-Gage), but there’s a new report out from Mobile Competency about how the cellphone companies still aren’t ready for November 24th, the first day the new rules go into effect (even though they’re had no problem charging their subscribers for it for months). They’re recommending that if you can manage it, to wait until next year to switch.
