I just got an Apple TV, and while it's limited in features, the wireless mirroring of my iPad/iPhone is a killer feature that lets me get a lot of content the Apple TV isn't designed to have, such as Hulu Plus and all other video apps.
But if Google can make good on their original vision of Google TV, and lower the price to a competitive level, I could easily switch. (Or more likely just add it to my home theater shelf)
