“The Ghost Inside” is the first, as-yet-unreleased video from the self-titled album by Broken Bells, the musical collaboration between Danger Mouse and The Shins frontman James Mercer. Big fans of AMC’s Emmy-winning Mad Men, they wanted Hendricks to play their beautiful android, but figured it was a long shot. “”We assumed we would ask and that’d be it,” Mercer says. ”She’s got to be so busy, and who the hell are we? But she said yes!”
