Speaking of MiTAC, we’re not sure whether Cingular knows about this or not, but Just-Talk has MiTAC’s 8380 Smartphone (which has never ever been officially available in the US) for sale and are offering a $200 rebate for new service activation with Cingular. There is one major catch though: the users manual for the 8380 is in Chinese.
