Details have leaked about five new FOMA 3G cellphones coming from DoCoMo in Japan, the N900i from NEC, the P900i from Panasonic, the F900i from Fujitsu (which comes with a biometric fingerprint scanner), the D900i from Mitsubishi (which can shoot video at 24 frames per second and connect directly to a TV for viewing), and the SH900i from Sharp (which comes with their new document viewer software). All of the phones have built-in digital cameras with resolutions ranging from one to two megapixels.
