Three new cameraphones from DoCoMo in Japan, the 1.3 megapixel SO505is from Sony Ericsson, which has a 2.3-inch, 262,000 color screen; the 1.3 megapixel N505is from NEC, which has a 2.4-inch, 262,000 color screen and special software for editing and modifying portraits taken with the phone; and the 2.02 megapixel SH505is which has a 2.4-inch, 262,000 color screen, a second, smaller 1.2-inch, 536 color external display, and an auto-focus lens.
