The Sci Fi Channel aired the season finale of Doctor Who last night, and we wrote a recap of it after it aired in England, which you can read here. I didn’t like it quite as much as last year’s awesome season finale, which was over the top and yet well crafted. This year’s finale, by contrast, felt equally over the top but also kind of muddled, with too many returning characters and too many long conversations about things that happened in 1975. Since I wrote that recap, I’ve watched “Journey’s End” again and found myself enjoying it for what it is, a bit more. Anyway, please consider this an open comment thread for people who’ve just seen the episode.
