Today’s 4.2.1 iOS release is accompanied by a 4.1 update for Apple TV, allowing the latter to enjoy full (video!) AirPlay streaming. Macworld says the update will also enable spoken menus, but AirPlay excitement is paramount. [Macworld via Engadget]
