Ok, so imagine being able to watch a movie on DVD and then after you’re done flipping it over to listen to the soundtrack on your CD player. Well, that’s coming. There’s a new hybrid double-sided disc called the DVDPlus coming out early next year which combines an audio CD on one side with a video or audio DVD on the other. It’s one of those things that is so obvious that you have to wonder why no one has already done it.
UPDATE: Looks like this has already been done at least once before, with the DVD for Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows. Thanks to Christopher for pointing this out.
