PPCW.Net review of one of the smallest Pocket PC Phones around, the E-TEN P300. The P300 runs the 2003 version of the Pocket PC Phone operating system, and has tri-band GSM/GPRS (so it’ll work in the US), 32MB of Flash ROM, 64MB of RAM, a rather slow (for a Pocket PC these days) 200MHz processor, a 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen, a built-in VGA quality digital camera, and an SD memory card slot. The P300 is one of the few Pocket PC Phones that will actually easily fit into your pocket.
