Not really known for its mobile phone strength, Toshiba is bringing out its first 3G phone and music player. The 803 is a clamshell phone (not the prettiest I’ve ever seen) with a 1.3-inch screen, 2.2 megapixel camera, twin stereo speakers and Bluetooth. The music player is external, btw, so it will make it easier to get to your music, according to Toshiba. Looks like fodder for the European market as of now.
