Madeleine L’Engle’s scifi classic A Wrinkle in Time is 50 years old, and you can relive the entire tale of Meg and Charles Wallace in a brand-new edition. But if you don’t have the patience to reread the entire book, cartoonist Faith Erin Hicks has conveniently broken down the entire plot in one brain-punching page.

Go to Tor.com to see the entire comic in all its glory.

First Second is about to release Hicks’ own YA book, Friends with Boys, about a former homeschooler dealing with her first year of high school, her mother’s sudden abandonment of her family, and being haunted by a ghost. The webcomic version of Friends with Boys is just about to wrap up online, so you can preview the comic before the print edition comes out.

This isn’t Hicks’ first short YA adaptation; a while back, we highlighted her graphic interpretation of the first few pages of The Hunger Games.

And, if you haven’t seen it already, check out the 90-second video retelling of the book, performed by kids.
